Kool Koncepts

Kool Koncepts was originally started in 1993 by Todd Finley. While working as an HVAC mechanic for The Trammell Crow company, he decided to pursue his contractors license, and upon receiving his certificate, Kool Koncepts was born. For the next five years Kool Koncepts was a small part time operation, but In 1998, his customer base became so large, that he had to make a decision whether to take the business full time. After deciding to take the company full time, he made a conscious decision to stay small and remain dedicated to customers and not profit. Kool Koncepts has the most loyal customers in the metroplex and that is what keeps them ongoing in a what we consider a market of sharks.
